Camp in Comfort at Chocorua Camping Village!
In the 34 years that Chocorua Camping Village KOA has been in business, the campground has grown from a 10-site, very wooded, rustic camping secret to an ever-improving, 150-site, full-amenitied, resort-quality camping extravaganza (without sacrificing their wooded surroundings, I might add)!
However you to choose to camp, you're sure to enjoy the amenities at Chocorua Camping Village KOA. For years, I'd pack up my tent, tie it to my antlers and head off for the rustic paradise of their secluded, wooded tent sites. The charm of "back to basics" camping was, for a moose from the wilds of northern New Hampshire, still a comfortable way to enjoy my vacations.
Nowadays I like a touch more luxury, so I bought myself an RV. I can enjoy scenic waterfront or shady sites with 3-way hookups, including 20, 30 or 50 amp electric, water and sewer connections. For those that like to stay connected to the world, telephone and cable TV connections are available. You can even stay connected to the Internet and your e-mail with their rec room telephone lines for modem connections or with their wireless internet connection throughout the campground!
Friends, I'm a bit over seven feet tall (not counting the antlers) so you can imagine just how big my RV is. Well, I have no worries about "smackin' slideouts" with anyone when I park my rig at Chocorua Camping Village KOA. Their RV sites are spacious and they accommodate the biggest rigs on the road at their oversized pull-throughs.
Chocorua Camping Village KOA is pet friendly. Your pets are welcome as long as you remember the leash, scoop and necessary papers. For more information, just click here!
Picnic tables and fireplaces are available for your cookouts, marshmallow roasts and ghost-story-telling at most of these campsites. For those that like to travel light, but still enjoy a memorable camping getaway, try a stay in one of their charming rental lodgings.
