About CCV Frequent Camper Club - VIC Club
We invite you join our treasured camping family as members of our Very Important Campers Club.
We would feel privileged if you were to choose CCV as your primary vacation camping location, and we would like to reward those who visit us regularly with free charter membership (a $15 value) in our VIC Club!
Club Member Benefits:
- Express Reservations and Check-In: When calling for reservations, as a club member, you need only provide your club number, last name, dates, and desired site; to have your reservation held. You may also log a credit card with us and the deposit will automatically be processed.
- Club Discounts:
- Club members always receive at least a 10% discount on the base site rate.
- Club members receive a 20% discount on stays of three nights or more on Monday through Thursday.
- For each stay during the camping season, members are credited with $1.00 toward the following year's membership fee.
- Over the next few months, we will attempt to negotiate Member discounts at area restaurants and businesses who might willing to participate.
Preferred Site Selection: Club Members may register a 1st, 2nd or 3rd site preference and when they call to make a reservation, when available, one of these sites will be reserved for them automatically.
- Express Check-In: Upon arrival if there is a line checking in at the office, you may drive directly to your site, and stop by the office at any time, over the next 18 hrs to check in.
- Gate Card: Members may obtain, for a $10 refundable deposit, a gate card which they may retain for their use throughout the camping season.
- Newsletter and Club Specials: Members may receive a Quarterly Club Newsletter via e-mail and may access Club information and Special Offers through a
Club only segment on our park website.
- 24 hr. Cancellation Policy: Club members may cancel their reseIVations up to 24 hrs. prior to their arrival with no charge as long as they re-book their stay when canceling. ( Our nonnal cancellation policy requires a 7 day notice; and, there is also a 10% service fee charged for cancellations with no deposit refund if cancellations are within 7 days of arrival. )
- Special Activities, Events & Gatherings: From time-to-time we will offer to organize special cookouts, pot-luck dinners and other gatherings, in which an interest is shown, for Club members.
- Special Off Site Activities: We will, through our web site & newsletter, assist Club Members who might like to organize off site activities for club members, such as hikes up Mt Chocoma, canoe trips on the Saco river. Bike rides in the area etc. Let us know what you'd like and we'll do everything in our power to make it happen!
Focus Groups & Sureys: Club Members who are willing and interested will be asked, occasionally, to help guide us in development & changes we might be considering for the campground or the Club.
- Best Parks - Best Guests Program: All Club Members, unless they request otherwise, will automatically enrolled in the Best Parks, Best Guests program at no charge.

To join this fun and rewarding family camping club, simply select the method by which you would like join below, then complete the form below and submit.
Free Membership - Complete and submit the form below, make reservations for a minimum of 6 nights of camping between May 1st and June 15th, 2008, and your membership fee will be waived for the fIrst year; or, reserve for a minimum of 8 nights May 1 st - Jun. 15th, 2008 and you'll be enrolled as a charter member with no fee for the fIrst year.
Charter Membership - If you are among the first 200 families to complete and submit the membership form, you will be enrolled as a Charter Member. Your membership fee will be reduced by 50% for the fIrst two years to just $7.95/yr. and thereafter you will receive at least a 25% discount in your annual membership fee for as long as you remain a member in good standing.
Regular Annual Membership - Annual membership, for those beyond the fIrst 200, is just $15.95.
